Lettered Three Years in Football, Three Years in Wrestling, and Two Years in Baseball for the Leopards and was named All-Federal League First Team and All-Stark County in Football and Wrestling. He was 1975 State Runer-Up at 185lbs for the Louisville Wrestling Team. He earned a Football Scholarship to Ohio University where he Lettered Four Years. He was the Leopards Head Football Coach for Twelve Years with a record of 84-42. He lead the team to the State Semi-Finals and was named the Division 2 Ohio Coach of The Year. He was the Louisville Wrestling Coach for Ten Years and coached 17 state qualifiers, 14 state placed winners, and 2 state champions. He was the Leopards Softball Coach for Five Years winning and NBC Championship. He was one of the Top Rated Wrestling Officials in the State and worked 12 State Championship Meets.
John Simon 1972 Graduate
Earned Three Varsity Letters in both Football and Track for the Leopards. He was held the Louisville Discuss Record of 157'7" since 1972. He was a Member of the undefeated 1972 Federal League Football Championship Team. Honored with Mayhem Award as a senior for most decorated helmet. In 1971 he was selected First Team All-Federal League, WHBC All-County, Canton-Repository All-County, Alliance Review All-County and Second Team Northeast Ohio Inland District. Awarded a football scholarship to University of Akron. He earned three varsity letters starting center for Akron.
Greg Parrish 1967 Graduate
Founded the Louisville Boys and Girls Tennis Programs in 1976 and coached both for 31 years. His record of 808-258 ranked him third in all-time wins in the State of Ohio. With the Boys Program he won 4 Federal Leage Championships and 3 NBC League Championships. With the Girls Program he won 7 Federal League and 4 NBC League Championships. His girls team won 66 consecutive matches from Sept. 8, 1982 to Sept 26, 1984. He coached 16 state qualifiers, 5 boys and 11 girls. Elected to the Ohio High School Tennis Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2008.
Dana Beisel Rode 1989 Graduate
She earned Four Letters in Track, Four in Cross Country and Two in Basketball. She was a Four-Time Regional qualifier for the Leopard's Track Team and a 1989 State qualifier in the 400. She was named First Team All Federal League track in 400 and High Jump. She was named Track Team MVP Four Times. She was named 1989 Canton Repository Female Track and Field athlete of the year. She set Louisville Record and Stark County record in 400 at the 1989 Federal League and AAA District Track Meets and Still holds the school record. She Earned a Track Scholarship at Kent State where she earned a Varsity Letter.
